When and where is the festival?
The festival takes place on Saturday 16 May 2026 at Port Ōhope Wharf, from 11:30am - 5pm.
In the event of postponement due to weather or other issues, the backup date is Saturday 23 May 2025.
What do I get with my ticket?

Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled on both the main date (16 May) and the backup date (23 May).
If the event is rescheduled to the backup date, your ticket is still valid and not eligible for refund.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes! Tickets are fully transferable. The name on the ticket doesn’t need to match the person attending – just make sure the person has a copy of the ticket to present at entry.
What happens if I lose my ticket?
No worries! If you’ve lost your digital ticket or can’t find your email confirmation, just contact us at bookings@ohiwaoysters.com and we’ll help you out.
Are there gate sales?
If tickets don’t sell out in advance, we may have limited door sales available on the day. However, we strongly recommend booking early to avoid missing out!
